2. What information do we collect?
We collect and process the following types of personal data depending on your interaction with us:
Contact & get-started form
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Company (optional)
- Your message
Ranky assistant (AI chat)
Your questions to the AI assistant are sent to our server to generate a reply. We store the conversations (questions and answers) anonymously to improve the assistant - direct identifiers such as email, phone and national ID are automatically masked before storage, and we use no user ID, IP or cookies. You can opt out of storage at any time via the gear icon in the chat window. Do not enter sensitive personal data in the chat.
Website visits
We load no third-party tracking. Anonymous visitor statistics (Umami) are cookieless and do not require consent.

We do not as a rule disclose your personal data to third parties.

All data processors are covered by a data processing agreement. Data is processed within the EU/EEA as a rule; where a provider exceptionally transfers data to third countries, it takes place under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
5. How long do we keep your data?
Inquiries / leads
Up to 24 months after last contact, unless an agreement is entered into.
AI chat logs
Up to 12 months for troubleshooting and improvement of our service. Data is not used to train AI models.
